About Video - Outdoor Furniture | Made from Decking Tiles
In this video, I tell the story behind how we made a number of steel and wood outdoor furniture units for a new public space in Brooklyn. The seating is made of 1/4 steel and wooden decking tiles. It is a modular system based on a pre-made 2'x2' IPE decking tile.
The original site layout and concept design were produced by Studio Fantastica. A05 STUDIO developed these existing designs and also created new ones. (Render used at 0:10 produced by Studio Fantastica).
