✔︎ You will need:
• stockpot or saucepan
• bowl
• carving board
✅ Ingredients:
• carrot – 5 oz | 140 g
• onion – 4 oz | 120 g
• potatoes – 10 oz | 300 g
• rice – 2 tbsp
• water – 2,1 qt | 2 l
• cooking oil – 1 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• ground black pepper – to taste
• 2 bay leaves
• parsley
• dill
For meatballs:
• ground meat – 14 oz | 400 g
• onion – 4 oz | 120 g
• salt – to taste
• ground black pepper – to taste
📙 Preparation:
1. Add chopped up ½ onion, salt and pepper to the ground meet and mix well.
2. Fry another ½ onion with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the saucepan for 2 minutes.
3. Add grated carrot and fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add 2,1 qt | 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, add 2 tablespoons of washed rice and a diced potato to boiling broth. Cook with the lid closed for 10 minutes over low heat.
5. Form small meatballs.
6. Add meatballs, salt, pepper, bay leaf to soup and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
7. Add chopped up dill and parsley. The meatballs soup is ready. Serve hot and sprinkle with any your favorite greens. Enjoy!

1. You can use ground beef, pork, chicken or mixed meat.
2. You can add any greens, herbs and spices according the taste.
3. Rice can be replaced with any favourite noodles or pasta.
4. You can add any your favourite vegetables(broccoli, cauliflower or spinach)
5. Add heavy cream for creamy meatball soup or add canned tomatoes to make tomatoes meatball soup.
6. Also you can add 1 tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce, the taste will be richer.
