Place veggies and chicken, whole or in parts, into it and put into the oven and in one hour and half the most tasty and juicy chicken with veggies will be served to your table. ✅ Ingredients: • whole chicken – 4 lb | 1,8 kg • potato – 1,5 lb | 700 g • carrot – 10,5 oz | 300 g • onion – 5 oz | 150 g • garlic – 6 cloves • butter – 3 oz | 80 g • ground black pepper – 1 tsp • sweet paprika – 3 tsp • ground red chili pepper – 1 tsp • ground coriander – 2 tsp • salt – 2,5 tsp ✅ You will need: • carving board • baking sheet • oven roasting bag • oven 📙 Preparation: 1. Cut the potato and carrot into large pieces, onion into half rings. 2. Add 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of ground black and red chili pepper each, 2 tsp of sweet paprika and 1 tsp of coriander to the softened butter and combine well. 3. Wash the chicken thoroughly, dry with paper towels, coat with the spiced butter – spread a part of the butter under the chicken breast skin and coat inside. 4. Apply the spices over the chicken – ½ tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of sweet paprika, 1 tsp of coriander and 1 tsp of salt. 5. Lay the cut potato, carrot and onion into an oven bag, add ½ tsp of salt and toss. 6. Place the chicken onto the veggies with the back down and tie the bag edges well. 7. Pierce the oven bag with a toothpick in several points. 8. Roast the chicken in the oven preheated to 350°F | 180°C for 1 h 30 min. 9. Take the chicken and veggies out of the roasting bag on a big plate and serve hot to the table. ❗️Advices: 1. Cooking time formula for chicken is 1 hour for 2,2 lb | 1 kg plus 20 minutes for each 1,1 lb | 500 g more. 2. If you have a kitchen thermometer you can see readiness of a chicken as 160°F /70-72°C.
