Is your Nokia 8 not working as it should? Do you have problems with the Cellular network, Bluetooth, WiFi and something else?
This could be the answer you are looking for! The Nokia 8 running Android Pie (9.0) has a few options you can try to resolve issues with connectivity or applications.
Nokia 8 reset, full data erase Nokia 8:
From the launcher or home page, drag down twice and choose the setting cog wheel, or you can go into settings from a shortcut.
Choose system from the list (it is at the bottom of the page)
Next choose advanced, them reset options.
Here we options for resetting the Wifi mobile and Bluetooth, Reset app preferences and the ERASE all data option. This is the factory reset.
If you can't gain access to the device or Android, the hardware method is as follows.
TURN OFF THE DEVICE (very important)
Next get the USB charging cable ready.
HOLD down the volume UP button and THEN plug in the USB cable until you see the android and the no command message.
Now press and HOLD the power button and tap the volume UP button.
You should now see the recovery menu and you can choose your selection by using the volume rocker to move up and down and the power button will select the highlighted option,
WARNING the factory reset cannot be undone.
