About Video - Jesus, our true sacrifice Jesus, our true sacrifice Hebrews 10:10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. (New International Version). If you know that Jesus died for you on the cross, He did not just die for your sins. Believe that His one sacrifice removed all your sins to make you holy. On the cross, Jesus clothed you with His righteousness and perfection which will last forever. Hebrews 10:14 says, "For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy." (New International Version) During the Old Testament time in ancient Israel, people used to offer a burnt sacrifice to God for their sins. And as they offer the sacrificed animal that is without blemish. The perfection of the innocent animals they offer was credited to them (the offerers). God sows the perfection of the offering (not the offerers), and He used to bless them. Likewise, God sees Jesus as the true sacrifice who atoned for our sins and died on the cross. Jesus took away all our sins and died on our behalf, so that God the Father may accept us (Colossians 2: 13). Believe that God loves and accepts you today (Ephesians 1:6). When Jesus was offered on the cross, the fire of God's judgment was upon Him. He was condemned on our behalf. And his sacrifice became a sweet-smelling aroma to the Father (Ephesians 5:2). Jesus' sacrifice and His perfection pleased the Holy God. All the righteous and holy judgments felt upon the Lord as all our sin was carried by Himself (1 Peter 2:24). And all our sin was finished there, and it brought rest to the Father God (John 19: 30). After He offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, he is sitting at the right hand of God (Hebrews 10:12). This is why now, Knowing what Jesus has done for you, you can rest in the perfect sacrifice of Jesus. Bible says, "Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma" (Ephesians 5:2). You can rest knowing that God the Father is satisfied with you because His Son's sacrifice has caused His heart to rest concerning you. As Jesus is God's satisfaction for you, you can rest today. Today, as you come before God, remember whatever Jesus has done, He did it for you. And as He gave delight and joy to God the Father on your behalf, give thanks for what he has done for you, for His sacrifice completely pleases the Father God. Know that God the Father is pleased with you when you go to Him in Jesus' name because Jesus and his sacrifice are what God is delighted with today. In another word, Jesus is your Righteousness and perfection for which you are accepted by God today. Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory. Romans 5:1‭-‬2 (New living translation). Beloved, when you stand firm in Christ and in His finished work, God is pleased with you. To God, it is as a sweet-smelling aroma, a savor of rest. And as God can rest in the perfect sacrifice of His Son, you can too! You can rest because Jesus is Complete satisfaction, delight, righteousness, and perfection of God for you.
