Quick and Easy Suya Beef Kebabs - Quick Yummy Kebabs - Homemade Beef Kebabs | IslandFood

Ingredients -
Suya Spice
1 tablespoon finely ground roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Other ingredients -
½ teaspoon ginger paste (added to marinade)
½ teaspoon garlic paste (added marinade only)
½ pound of beef tri-tip steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
¼ onion, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bouillon cube (optional)
1- Combine finely ground peanuts, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, ginger powder, and onion powder together in a bowl.
2 - Half of the spice mixture is then combined with the bite-sized beef, along with one bouillon cube, and mixed well in a bowl until fully coated.
3 - Add a tsp of the garlic and ginger pastes to the marinating meat.
4 - Place the meat to marinate in the refrigerator, for about 2 hours.
5 - Combine the marinated beef with the onion, and bell peppers on kebab sticks.
6 - The kebabs are lightly coated with oil as they sit.
7 - Pop in the oven and cook on medium heat for 30minutes.
9 - Flip occasionally to ensure each side is cooked thoroughly.
10 - Once the meat has reached certain crispiness remove from the oven and add a generous amount of Suya spice to coat them once again.
11 - The kebabs are plated and served.
